DTRA is looking forward to meeting safely in Boston this November. While we are thrilled to be able to offer an opportunity for our Members to meet face-to-face, we are also proud to "decentralize" the Inaugural Annual Meeting.

  • Hybrid Networking
    • All participants can communicate with other meeting participants.
    • Hybrid 1:1 meetings for our Regular registration participants.
  • Live Streaming
    • Live streaming for our General Session events,
      • including Company Presentations, panels and more.
    • Designated Leadership Council representatives can attend the Leadership Council meeting virtually.

    • Session recordings will be shared through the meeting app for participants to reference later.  

While there will be features of the Meeting only available to the face-to-face participants, including receptions, exhibition floor hours, poster sessions, and in-person networking, we are proud to be able to extend a great experience to all participants, regardless of their location.

Registration Terms & Conditions

  • The registration application is open to employees of current DTRA Organizational Members.  
  • Registration is a two-step process:
1. DTRA's Annual Meeting Application: Verify your organization and job title; provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination; agree to the COVID-19 Safety Acknowledgement & Liability Waiver. 
  • #1a If attending in person, provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination; agree to the COVID-19 Safety Acknowledgement & Liability Waiver. 

  •  #1b If attending virtually, your form will bypass the COVID-19 requirements.

2. DTRA's Annual Meeting Registration Form: Upon approval, complete the registration process by selecting your participation type and make payment by credit card. 

  • Breakfast and lunch are included Thursday and Friday. Breakfast will be served at the Leadership Council Meeting on Saturday. 
  • Leadership Council Representatives may register for complimentary access to attend the live inaugural in-person Leadership Council Meeting on Saturday, November 11/13.  This ticket type permits admission to the Leadership Council meeting only. It does not include admission to any other events, sessions, or receptions during DTRA's Annual Meeting. 
  • Please note: Proof of Covid-19 vaccination will be required for in-person participation. You will be asked to upload a record of your vaccination to complete your registration application.

Terms & Conditions: 2021 DTRA Annual Meeting registration fees are non-refundable. If the registrant is unable to participate, the registration may be transferred to another employee of the Member Organization, or participation can be redeemed in 2022.

DTRA Annual Meeting Antigen Testing

The health and safety of our entire community is of paramount concern which is why we are implementing both proof of vaccination and antigen tests. Please be prepared for our antigen test policies by thoroughly reading the information below. 


  • Fastest: Provide a paper or digital copy of your negative antigen test result (taken within 72 hours) at the Care Access Antigen Testing Tent to receive a wristband to proceed to registration.

Please note our testing protocol:

  • Sign up for an on-site appointment: Book here
  • Visit the Care Access test area on the South Lawn of the Encore Boston Harbor either upon arrival at the hotel or after checking in to your room. You must wear a mask to enter the testing area.
  • Complete the Quidel test swab.
  • Return to the Care Access tent once you have received your text message or email that your results are ready. 
  • With a negative test result, you will receive a wristband that allows you to proceed to the DTRA Annual Meeting event registration area in the Rotunda. 
  • Should your initial test come back with positive results, you will be given the option for a second Binax test. 
    • Should you encounter two positive results, we will ask you to follow CDC guidelines.
    • You will not be permitted to attend DTRA Annual Meeting in-person with two positive results. Contact [email protected] to have your registration changed from in-person to virtual so you may still participate in the event from the convenience of your hotel room or upon your return home. 


Regular Registration grants the additional benefit of using the one-to-one meeting feature within the event platform to facilitate ongoing collaboration and innovation. The benefits of this feature include:

  • Once you know who you want to meet with (or who might want to meet with you) the system will send out invitations and once accepted will assign you to a meeting space/virtual meeting link. Meetings may be held by in-person or virtual participants; 
  • Profiles and company information allow you to browse ahead of time so you can prepare for whom you want to meet with;
  • Meetings are back to back and 15 minutes in duration; meetings are scheduled in advance and take place during assigned times.
